We want every customer and their pet to be happy with their FrostHome Cooling Mat.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Contact us before returning any item
Refunds are processed after inspection and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
